The Vancouver Canucks have reportedly acquired center J.T. Miller from the Tampa Bay Lightning, according to Lightning reporter Caley Chelios.
In return, the Lightning will get goaltender Marek Mazanec, a conditional first-round pick in 2020 and a third-round selection in 2019. That conditional first-round pick in 2020 would move to the 2021 draft if the Canucks don’t make the playoffs next season.
A first-round pick of the New York Rangers in 2011, Miller joined the Lightning via a trade in February 2018. He had 13 goals and 34 assists in 75 games last season.
The 26-year-old Miller signed a five-year deal worth $5.25 million per season in 2018.
