Dillon Danis has fuelled the war of words with Logan Paul ahead of their boxing match next month, firing a warning to the YouTuber and his brother, Jake. The influencers face off in the ring at Manchester Arena in England on Oct. 14 and insults have been fired back and forth as fight night edges closer.
Logan is a heavy favorite to have his hand raised in victory, with more boxing experience than former Bellator MMA competitor Danis, who insists he is the tougher man all around nonetheless. “In a real fight you’re both dead in seconds back to back, don’t ever forget that.” Danis posted in a message to the brothers on Saturday.
Danis has launched a tirade of abusive messages at his opponent throughout the build-up to the bout, including a series of posts targeted at Logan Paul’s fiancée Nina Agdal. Danis has also implied his rival may have used performance-enhancing drugs, which he denies.
“100 per cent natural, never taken a performance-enhancing drug in my life, and willing to undergo any form of USADA or Olympic testing at any time, any day. F** the Paul’s,” Danis posted alongside a picture of his muscular physique on Saturday.
There is no drug testing procedures in place for the fight, which will take place on the undercard of British YouTuber KSI’s duel with Tommy Fury, the brother of world heavyweight champion Tyson. Paul, who has a 0-1 boxing record after losing to KSI in 2019, insists he is happy to be tested on one condition.
“I’m not on steroids,” Paul said. “I don’t know how many times I need to clarify this. I don’t know why we aren’t doing USADA or VADA testing. The conversation was never had between us.

“I’m more than happy to do it, I’ll do it. I just have one request. Dillon laughed at me in the face-to-face, but if I do a drug test I want him to do an STD test. I’m just curious what’s going to show up. I wonder what you got, you feel like a gonorrhea guy to me.”
Logan’s younger brother, Jake, has also faced plenty of barbs from the 30-year-old Danis, who has trained regularly with Conor McGregor and has a 2-0 MMA record, but last competed in 2019. Jake Paul, 26, has a 7-1 boxing record, defeating a series of former UFC fighters including Nate Diaz and Anderson Silva. His only defeat came against Fury in February.
