Tyson Fury has shared a video enjoying dinner with fellow giant and NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal, who proclaimed “I love the gypsies”.
The Brit has been in Miami, USA, over the last two months to train for an all-British heavyweight unification bout against Anthony Joshua this August.
But the 32-year-old has also been enjoying his time away from the ring, meeting up with Manchester United hero David Beckham as well as relaxing at a resort with brother Tommy.
And Fury has now shared a dinner with O’Neal, the 7ft 1in former basketball player who won four NBA Championships over his career.
Standing just four inches taller than the boxer, the pair can be seen in a low-lit bar standing next to a large window.
With O’Neal standing next to him, the heavyweight boxer says to camera: “Thank you for the food, thank you for the company.”
Adding in his own comment, the American shows his admiration for the boxer by saying: “I love the gypsies.”
Fury then enjoys a joke with the 49-year-old about the NBA hero’s impersonation of a British accent, with other laughs coming off camera.
Accompanying the clip on his Instagram channel, the Gypsy King wrote: “Great night out with the big man @shaq lovely guy. Thanks for the food big dawg. He loves the Gypsys. #onlyinamerica”
The pair do already know each other, though, as O’Neal was in the crowd for the 32-year-old’s Las Vegas win over Tom Schwarz in 2019.
Fury has been working with trainer SugarHill Steward, preparing the Mancunian for a bout against the IBF, WBA, IBO and WBO heavyweight champion.
With the date of the fight only being confirmed this month, the 32-year-old played a few mind tricks by saying in March that he had “stopped training” and was drinking “12 pints a day”.
But a source close to the boxer says he has now turned away from alcohol to make sure he wins the unification bout.

They told The Sun : “Tyson has kicked the booze on the head for good.
"It is not because of the boxing, because he can always get in shape for fights and obviously doesn’t drink during training camps.
“Tyson is doing this for himself and his family — especially his wife Paris.
“And he reckons it is the best way to be a great dad and stay in shape physically and mentally.”
