Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz waded into a war of words again on Wednesday, with 'The Notorious' mocking Diaz over a claim he made about the pair's first bout.
There's no love lost between McGregor and Diaz, despite each having beaten the other inside the cage.
The two have never seen eye to eye, but came to virtual blows online on Wednesday after Diaz's comments about their first fight.
Diaz posted a video of himself and friends drinking on a boat, along with the caption: "I wasn't training for a triathlon before this fight I was on a yacht in cabo gettin my chillax on wit my dudes @gilbertmelendez and crew before I got the call but #alwaysreadyforwar in season or not."
It has often been claimed that Diaz was training for a triathlon when he was called up to fight McGregor for the first time in 2016.
Diaz famously accepted the fight on just 11 days notice and stunned the MMA world by making McGregor tap out in the second round at UFC 196.
And McGregor didn't take too kindly to the suggestion that Diaz wasn't training prior to the bout.
The 'Notorious' quickly responded by tweeting: "You can't just go around calling regular boats, yachts.
"The rhetoric spread around in this business is disgraceful at times. 'Nate was partying on a yacht in Cabo.'
"I demand to see this 'yacht'. He was fighting for 20k at that exact time. 20k show. 20k win was his exact purse."
McGregor then posted a picture of two men in a fishing boat with the caption: "He was partying on a yacht in Cabo"
The Irishman, who is set to face off against Dustin Poirier for a third time this summer, also responded to a fan who joked about the UFC making a new belt for Diaz's fight against Jorge Masvidal – the 'BMF' belt.
McGregor wrote: "Isn’t that crazy! Who’s the real bad motherf****r anyway ? Went up two weight divisions on a weeks notice to fight him for that fight. No hesitation. Straight onto my jet. In thru the side door. Surprise, surprise"
Diaz clearly saw McGregor's tweet, as he claimed he moved up two weight classes on short notice first – when he fought Rory Markham at middleweight despite being a lightweight at the time.
The American wrote: "Who went up two weight classes in half a day notice no hesitation and not promotion about it just did it cause I ain’t no b***h how’s that Conor f**k u. Whatever u think u did already been done by a real G. Try not to get finished agaaaain"
Former lightweight champion McGregor responded: "What in the Facebook prelims is this s**t ? Who the f**k is Rory Mark ham ? 177?" before adding: "And don’t worry on my next fight bro. You and your face know what I’m like when I go again with it.
Diaz then responded by writing: "Don’t forget Dustin f****d u up But he’s scared of me. You are both some b*****s. And I slapped kabob he was scared with no counter. And he owned you so who’s the real king. Me b***h that’s who King Nate dog."
McGregor was again quick to reply, poking fun at Diaz's failure to win the 'BMF' belt, while referencing his attack on the fighter bus at UFC 229.
"I forget nothing bro and you’ll see that soon enough," he responded. "And don’t talk to me about a little slap in a scuffle I had them all trapped thinking they were dead. You’re the king of nothing. You couldn’t even win your own belt they made for you, let alone any other."
Diaz ended the thread by simply writing: "Lol you suck".

Diaz is set to face off against English fighter Leon Edwards at UFC 262 in his first fight since 2019.
He also posted: "I did it myself. They gave you a booster seat. Salty a*** b***h"
The American posted a picture to confirm he was back in training camp, but couldn't help but aim another quick jab at McGregor first, posting an image from their first fight with the caption: "Remember when you never got this back and tried to carry on with your life real martial artist learn where they f****d up .."
McGregor – in his final tweet of the exchange – posted a video of himself and friends partying on a boat in Dubai with the caption: "You be partied under the table as well ya fat skinny tick"
