Los Angeles Clippers center Ivica Zubac has revealed the key attribute LeBron James and Kawhi Leonard share which puts them among the NBA’s great players.
Zubac played alongside James in his final season at Los Angeles Lakers before joining city rivals the Clippers as part of a three-player trade in February.
As one of the few active players in the NBA to have called James and Leonard a team-mate, the 22-year-old is in the privileged position of learning from both.
When asked by Fanatics View what he had picked up from the small forwards, Zubac said: “Just about how to stay professional (and) how consistent they are.

“No matter who they’re playing, they don’t take anyone easily.”
Lakers ace Danny Green has also played in the same team as James and Leonard – but he thinks his current team-mate is the better player.
“We’ve never seen anything like him (James),” Green said on Spectrum SportsNet last month.
“Not only is he a great player and a great scorer, but he makes his teammates better.

“He’s a great playmaker, he’s a great teammate, he’s a great leader.
“On and off the floor, there’s nobody better, and he’s been doing it for so long. His longevity is unbelievable.
“Obviously Kawhi’s unbelievable talent has grown and emerged as one of the most prolific defenders, and now prolific scorer.

“He still has mode management with his knee so we don’t know how long he’ll do it for.
“He’s great too. He’s still learning how to become a great leader and he’s doing a good job so far at the Clippers.
“For me, Bron has always been the best player in the game.”
