Jason Kelce has confirmed that his brother Travis Kelce and singer Taylor Swift are dating. Rumors of a romance between Kansas City Chiefs star Travis, 33, and Swift, 33, have been swirling for weeks, with the NFL tight end avoiding the subject as much as possible.
Big brother Jason Kelce was also quizzed following the Philadelphia Eagles’ 34-28 win over the Minnesota Vikings last Thursday but the center also remained tight-lipped… until Wednesday. “Tony [Gonzalez] kind of blindsided me with that question on Thursday Night [Football],” Jason told WIP Sports Radio.
“It’s hard to answer because I don’t know a lot of what’s happening in Travis’ love life and I try to keep his business his business and stay out of that world. But having said that, man, I think they’re doing great and I think it’s all 100 percent true.”
Travis Kelce was desperate to meet Swift at one of her shows in Kansas City earlier this summer. In fact, he wanted to give her his number. “I was disappointed that she doesn’t talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings, so I was a little butthurt I didn’t get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her,” Travis Kelce explained on his podcast New Heights, which he hosts alongside brother Jason Kelce of the Philadelphia Eagles.
“If you’re up on Taylor Swift concerts, there are friendship bracelets, and I received a bunch of them being there, but I wanted to give Taylor Swift one with my number on it.” Travis Kelce added: “So she doesn’t meet anybody and she doesn’t – or at least she didn’t want to meet me, so I took it personal.”
The Messenger initially reported the romance. They claimed the pair are ‘quietly hanging out’ having crossed paths in New York City a few weeks ago.

Kelce has also been teased about Swift by teammates, commentators, and pundits. He responded to NFL Network’s Rich Eisen in-game fun during the win over the Jacksonville Jaguars, where he dropped one Swift reference after another.
“Kelce finds a blank space for the score!” Eisen said, referring to Swift’s song “Blank Space”. Eisen added: “You saw it on Thursday night, when Travis Kelce wasn’t in there, it left a ‘blank space,’ but I think he returns today and proves to be the ‘anti-hero.’ Never goes ‘out of style’.”
