Max Verstappen wins third consecutive Formula One world championship
Three-time F1 world champion Max Verstappen has gifted Valtteri Bottas a hilarious book called ‘Museum Bums: A Cheeky Look at Butts in Art’ as part of a secret Santa between drivers. The Alfa Romeo star took the crude present in good spirits, laughing at the selection of images printed.
Bottas released a limited edition naked calendar for 2024 to raise money for prostate cancer research, which was a roaring success. The portfolio of nude prints proved to be the inspiration behind Verstappen’s gift though, with the Dutchman sticking Bottas’ face onto the image of some of the hilarious images.
Formula One shared footage of the Finnish driver receiving the gift, leaving supporters in hysterics. “Interesting,” Bottas exclaimed, “’A simply lovely look at butts in art’.
“So it’s a book about art… and butts. It says ‘Have a cracking Christmas’. So there’s existing art for those, but then me put on top of them. It’s really creative actually.”

Bottas was then asked who he thought would have been behind the hilarious present, and he accurately identified Red Bull star Verstappen as the culprit. Donning a Santa hat on top of his everyday cap, he continued: “Who could it be? Max? Alright! Well done, Max. It’s really creative so thank you very much. Merry Christmas.”
Bottas raised £120,000 ($150,000) with his calendar sales in November, with the initial release of 10,000 copies selling out quickly and pushing his team to print even more issues to raise more money as part of Movember.

Bottas bared all in the fundraising product, with the idea stemming from a photo he shared of him swimming naked in a river whilst away on holiday in Colorado last year. The 34-year-old then returned to the same area along with photographer, and close friend, Paul Ripke in August to conduct an almost-professional photoshoot.
Speaking to Speedcafe about how his mother reacted to the calendar, he explained: “I did get a message from my mum asking ‘What is this?’. She doesn’t really understand English that well, and she had seen some videos I had posted. She was quite confused and protective, asking me ‘Are you sure that’s the path you want to go’.
“So I explained the charity thing, and it’s fine. Everything has been positive. I have had questions, people asking me ‘Why did you do that? Why do you want to show your *ss?’ But then when I explained the charity aspect, people got it, and we had so much fun, as you can imagine, taking those pictures.”
