England’s heroes at the Rugby World Cup have been banned from returning home during the tournament as part of tournament chiefs’ crackdown on ensuring players do not break the rules. Steve Borthwick’s side do not play again for another 12 days after their 71-0 victory over Chile on Saturday, but the England playing squad have been told they are not allowed to travel home during their week of rest.
