Arsenal fans spending £40 for every goal they see as Premier League costs emerge

Arsenal fans received the worst value for money from their season tickets last season at a cost of nearly £40 for every goal.

The Gunners are notorious for having high ticket prices but have been treated to entertaining football of late under Mikel Arteta. However, while the goals have rained in, a study by Betting.com has shown they're still paying a hefty amount.

At an average season ticket cost of £1,718 and with 45 goals scored in the 2021/22 campaign, they averaged £38.18 per goal – the highest of any side in English football. They're out in front by some way too.
