Burnley were beaten 4-2 by West Ham at the London Stadium but it could have been worse had Ben Mee not completed a miraculous goal-line clearance in the first half.
Felipe Anderson’s curling shot appeared destined for the top corner after beating Joe Hart but fortunately for the former West Ham loanee, his captain was on hand to help out.
Mee read the situation perfectly and somehow managed to race back onto his line and head Anderson’s effort out for a corner from under his own crossbar.
The Brazilian had the last laugh, though, as with just six minutes remaining his shot deflected off Mee and past Hart to put West Ham 3-2 in front before Javier Hernandez sealed the victory in stoppage time.
