Jamie Carragher named Morgan Gibbs-White as his Premier League signing of the season to leave Sky Sports viewers scratching their heads.
Alongside Gary Neville, the Monday Night Football duo sat down for the end of season awards and both individually named Erling Haaland as their player of the season.
They then named their signing of the season with the stipulation that they couldn't pick the Manchester City forward – Neville named Casemiro, while Carragher made a late alteration to his choice.

The on-screen graphic showed Manuel Akanji, but Carragher explained why he instead wanted to pick Nottingham Forest creator Gibbs-White, despite him only managing five goals and seven assists.
The Liverpool icon said: "I was debating over two players today, obviously we couldn't pick Haaland because we picked him for best player, so I went for Akanji or Morgan Gibbs-White at the last minute."
Gibbs-White, 23, joined Steve Cooper's side from Wolves in the summer for a reported initial fee of £25million with the potential of £17m in add-ons.

Carragher added: "I wouldn't say he has singled-handedly kept Nottingham Forest in the league but every time I watch him.
"A big price tag so a lot of eyes on him and I think he's justified that and I think he must be really close to the England squad, I really do believe he should be in the next England squad."
In managing five goals and seven assists from attacking midfield, Gibbs-White has played a direct hand in his team winning 13 of their 37 points to secure Premier League survival.
One fan said in the comments: "Carra is an idiot man. Of all the new signings he went for Gibbs White."
A second added: "Of all signings Carra choose Gibbs-White, got to be joking."
A third posted: "All of those signings and he chose Gibbs-White."
A fourth said: "Can’t be serious."
United hero Neville then opted for Casemiro, despite him only making 22 Premier League starts all season and missing seven games through suspension.
He explained: "I couldn't think of player that has had a bigger impact on their team singularly.
"I look at Manchester United's season, they think they're going to finish in the top four, they've won the Carabao Cup and are in the FA Cup final. I genuinely don't think they'd be anywhere near top four or doing what they're doing in those competitions if it wasn't for Casemiro."
