Chelsea could still bring in another three players between now and the summer, despite enjoying the best transfer window of any European giant.

The Blues have added Leicester full-back Ben Chilwell, PSG veteran Thiago Silva and Timo Werner in recent weeks.

Free agent Malang Sarr has also joined but will be loaned out for the 2020/21 campaign.

And former Ajax star Hakim Ziyech was also signed in January and will play a huge role for Frank Lampard's side this season.

But the Blues boss isn't finished just yet, as Roman Abramovich prepares to spend even more cash.

Firstly, Chelsea continue to chase a move for Bayer Leverkusen superstar Kai Havertz, who has reportedly already agreed a move to Stamford Bridge.

The Bundesliga outfit are holding out for a deal worth €100m (£89m), which is said to be getting closer.

The only hold up seems to be the bonuses – and the fact Bayer need to secure a suitable replacement.

Christian Falk from German outlet Bild this week said: “We know from Leverkusen they thought it could be done on Friday, but I’m not sure if they will make it.

“They’re very close, the parties, because of the price. It’s a question of add-ons.

“€80m should be paid directly and then 10 and 10. The hold up is when."

According to The Sun, Lampard still wants Declan Rice from West Ham, with the Hammers rating their star player at £80m.

The Chelsea boss is a big fan of the England international but the club only want to pay closer to £65m.

Rice could be brought in, with Jorginho or N'Golo Kante making way and freeing up space in midfield.

The youngster spent his youth days at Chelsea and enjoys a fantastic relationship with Mason Mount.

Finally, Lampard wants a new goalkeeper before the summer is out.

Kepa Arrizabalaga has come under fire this season after making a number of high profile errors and the Blues have been linked with a number of potential replacements, including Ajax's Andre Onana, Atletico Madrid star Jan Oblak and Rennes keeper Edouard Mendy.

AC Milan 's 21-year-old number one Gianluigi Donnarumma has also been mooted as a potential option and Football Insider are reporting that Chelsea are in talks about a move.

Lille stopper Mike Maignan could also be an option for the Premier League side.
