The Portuguese moved to quash rumours of his unhappiness last week, however he begun last weekend’s season opener at Udinese on the bench, reportedly at the request of Ronaldo ‘because he hopes to find a solution’ to his future.

However, L’Equipe reports that Ronaldo is pushing for a move to Manchester City and a deal involving Bernardo Silva or Aymeric Laporte could be wrapped up this weekend.
