Manchester United fans have taken to flying a 'Glazers Out' banner above Tampa Bay's Raymond James Stadium in an effort to call for their owners to sell the Premier League side.
The Glazer family, who were said to be close to selling the club this summer, only to change their minds at the last minute, also own the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who were in action on Monday night against the Philadelphia Eagles. Unfortunately for Tampa Bay, they fell 25-11 to the Eagles.
During the game, a plane flying overhead above Raymond James Stadium was spotted, flying a banner that said: "Glazers Out." Man United fans have long held the Glazer family in contempt, and have protested their ownership for years.

But, despite taking those protests stateside, they are ultimately futile until the Glazer's actually decide to sell up. The American family were in talks to sell the club to either British billionaire Sir Jim Ratcliffe or Qatari businessman Sheikh Jassim, who looked to be the front runner.
However, while a mooted deal of around £6billion was said to be in the pipeline, which would have seen Sheikh Jassim buy the club, the Glazer's ultimately pivoted away from a sale, taking the club off market. It has also been reported that they will not entertain any deal for the club either that does not match their £10bn valuation of Man United.

It's certainly been a trying couple of weeks for Man United, both on and off the pitch. The club have had to deal with a number of high profiled off-field issues, most notably in the form of Jadon Sancho's banishing from Erik ten Hag's first team plans after their public falling out.
Additionally, the club have also had to deal with the drama surrounding Mason Greenwood and Antony. The former, who was arrested by police back in 2022 and charged with attempted rape, had been set to be re-introduced into Man United's first team plans at the end of the summer, with those charges having been dropped earlier this year.

However, a massive backlash, which was entirely self-inflicted led to the club having to backtrack on their plans, with Man United later moving Greenwood out on-loan to Getafe. Despite it looking unlikely he will ever play for the club ever again, he does still remain a Man United player at the moment.
Brazilian winger Antony is also on a leave of absence from Man United after having been accused of domestic violence by former partners, something which he denies.
