Erling Haaland leads a Premier League most valuable XI that includes five of his Manchester City teammates, four Arsenal stars and one Manchester United player – that is worth almost £1billion.
The Norwegian’s market value has been estimated at £156m by Transfermarkt, who have compiled a team of the league’s priciest performers.
The 23-year-old has followed up his stunning debut campaign, when he broke the league’s goalscoring record, with 14 league goals in 15 games this term.
Behind him is Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka with a market value of £104m. Despite dealing with niggling injuries throughout the campaign, the winger has remained remarkably productive, scoring five and providing seven assists in the league.
Next comes a trio of Declan Rice, Rodri and Phil Foden, all valued at £95m. Rice has been transformative for Mikel Areta’s side, while Rodri may be City’s most crucial player.
