Man Utd players' feelings towards Jadon Sancho after latest Erik ten Hag spat
Manchester United are reportedly considering a shock move for winger Anwar El Ghazi due to the uncertainty surrounding Antony and Jadon Sancho. The Dutch forward is currently a free agent and has offers on the table from Saudi Arabian outfits.
Erik ten Hag is assessing his options as he looks to bolster his ranks on the right wing. Usual first-choice Antony has been placed on leave until further notice following allegations that he attacked three women, which he strongly denies.
It also remains unclear as to whether Sancho is available after the England international made a strong statement denying claims from Ten Hag that he was not meeting the mark in training. The ex-Borussia Dortmund star was dropped from the matchday squad against Arsenal last weekend and his manager made it no secret that there was a clear reason behind the decision.
Sancho did not take kindly to the outburst and felt that it reiterated his belief that he has been ‘scapegoated’ since his arrival at Old Trafford. According to the Daily Mail, the uncertainty surrounding the 23-year-old matched with Antony’s unavailability has prompted the Red Devils to consider signing El Ghazi.

The Netherlands international saw his contract with PSV Eindhoven terminated by mutual consent last week and is actively looking to join a new side as soon as possible. It is reported that several Saudi sides have sounded out proposals to the 28-year-old, though there is no frontrunning club to secure his signature.
El Ghazi was present at the Emirates Stadium before the international break to watch United lose 3-1 to Arsenal, and it remains to be seen whether he will be linking up with those stars on the pitch over the coming weeks.

The decision to bring in El Ghazi would indicate how seriously the public bust-up between Ten Hag and Sancho is being treated, as well as the lack of cover that United naturally possess in the final third.
Sancho is said to have met with Ten Hag on Monday in their first face-to-face meeting since their public spat, and the arrival of another right-winger would indefinitely indicate that it was not the most productive first step in repairing the damaged relationship.
Ex-Aston Villa and Everton star El Ghazi scored eight goals in 23 league appearances for PSV last season but the arrivals of Hirving Lozano from Napoli and Noa Lang from Club Brugge left the playmaker questioning whether he would feature as prominently this season.
