Manchester United star Jadon Sancho has reportedly missed several training sessions with the academy since he was exiled by Erik ten Hag. It is claimed the winger has not been fined for those instances due to always having a reason for his absence.
Sancho has not played a single minute for United since August. The England international was left out of the squad for the Premier League match at Arsenal on September 3.
Ten Hag said afterwards that his performance in training in the build-up to the game was below his required standards. Sancho hit back in a now-deleted post on social media where he claimed he had been a scapegoat “for a long time”.
Ten Hag has always maintained that an apology would see Sancho brought back into the first-team fold. That is yet to come and the 23-year-old has trained away from the senior players.

He has been training at the academy part of United’s Carrington base. However, The Sun claims there have been several occasions where he has not turned up to the sessions.
Sancho has not been fined as the club have accepted all the reasons for his absences. The former Borussia Dortmund star has always given a reason, sometimes citing illness.
Sancho has not even been allowed to enter the canteen to get his food. However, The Sun says he has still been paid his full salary.
He has been linked with a January exit, with former club Dortmund among the clubs to be keeping an eye on his situation. Juventus were also rumoured to be admirers but have cooled their interest in recent days.

Sancho still has two-and-a-half years remaining on his contract but has made just 82 appearances since his £73million arrival in 2021. Ten Hag insists Sancho knows what he must do in order to regain a spot in his squad at Old Trafford.
The Dutchman said on Friday: “So it is about a culture and every player has to match certain standards and it was about that. What will happen there (his future), he knows what he has to do, if he wants to return and it is up to him.
“He knows what he has to do, it is up to him.” Asked if Sancho is still paid a full wage, Ten Hag said: “I think that is an internal matter. We will see what will happen.”
