Matilda coach Tony Gustavsson foreshadowed a full-strength side for game two, and he has delivered.
It’s a World Cup special tonight, with fans in Perth set to see skipper Sam Kerr lead her team onto the pitch to start the game.
What happened in the first qualifier?
The Matildas won their first Olympic qualifier against Iran 2-0 on Thursday night, but hte match itself was…interesting, for two reasons.

Nevertheless, it gave the fans and the coaching staff a good look at players such as Amy Sayer, Alex Chidiac and Charli Grant, who are all trying to earn a spot in that starting side.
We won’t see such an experimental team tonight, but there were some really good signs to come out of that first win.
