Premier League – LIVE: Leicester City play first match since owner’s tragic death, Everton vs Brighton and more

Leicester City are playing their first match following the tragic death of the club’s owner, Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, following their 1-1 draw against West Ham last week. Jamie Vardy revealed that the team wanted to play Cardiff City after their League Cup match was postponed in the week and says that the squad will be honouring Srivaddhanaprabha with their performance.

Elsewhere in the Premier League, Newcastle host Watford in a desperate search for their first win of the season and West Ham host Burnley, the fixture that last season resulted in several delays as protesting fans flooded the pitch. Everton are also in action against Brighton, who are yet to win away from home this season.
