The PSG board have known Borussia Dortmund ’s position on Eirling Haaland for weeks amid new interest from the Ligue 1 club.
According to Fabrizio Romano, The Parisians are fully aware the German side do not intend on selling their Norwegian striker this month, heading into the final days of the transfer window.
Recent transfer speculation surrounding Haaland has led Dortmund speaking out to play down any rumours of a potential departure.
Speaking to Kicker, the club’s director Michael Zorc stated: “We are a football club and not a bank. Our position is very clear and did not change.
“I assume that we will now be confronted with wild rumours for another two days. Our position is clear, I don't need to play the parrot all the time.”
The 21-year-old has attracted interest from all across Europe, with PSG wiling to pay around £171million for his services.
With Kylian Mbappe’s future in doubt, the club are eager to quickly replace him.
Real Madrid, Chelsea and Manchester City are the other sides who have also been linked with Haaland throughout the summer.
He was on hand on Friday night to help Dortmund snatch a late victory against Hoffenheim, scoring in the 91 st minute, to get his third goal of the season.

Since arriving at the Signal Iduna Park at the beginning of 2020, he has established himself as one of the best strikers in Europe, and in 46 appearances he has scored 43 times, as well as assisting 14.
Dortmund have already lost Jadon Sancho this summer, after the English winger moved to Man Utd for £73million.
Over the last decade the club have sold some of their best players, and will be keen not to lose another one before the end of August.
