Chelsea are open to a swap deal involving Arsenal star Emile Smith Rowe, according to reports. The Blues are claimed to have seen an opening offer for the attacking midfielder rejected by their London rivals.<\/p>\n
Chelsea boss\u00a0Mauricio Pochettino\u00a0is keen to strengthen in attack before Friday’s 11pm deadline. Smith Rowe is one of several players linked with a move to Stamford Bridge.<\/p>\n
