If it takes that long after watching it over and over.. then it&#8217;s not a pen&#8217;.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Similarly Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou quipped post-match that &#8216;armless defenders&#8217; are required\u00a0to circumvent the law which issues penalties for handballs.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>He said: \u2018I couldn\u2019t see it but I\u2019ve got no idea about the handball rule. I really don\u2019t. I saw the one at Wolves and it just seems if it hits your hand it\u2019s a penalty, and then other times if it hits your hand, it isn\u2019t a penalty. I\u2019ve got no idea.
