Bayern Munich are in advanced talks to re-sign Jerome Boateng as a free agent.<\/p>\n
As reported by Fabrizio Romano, the defender has given his approval for the move, which is set to be finalised within the next 24-48 hours.<\/p>\n
The 35-year-old has been training with Bayern, who are looking to sign him to provide cover at centre-back.<\/p>\n
Boateng has been a free agent since his Lyon contract expired at the end of June.<\/p>\n
The former Germany international spent ten years at Bayern between 2011 and 2021.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Bayern, Boateng played for Hertha, Hamburg and Manchester City.<\/p>\n
