Marcus Rashford is set to pay the price for his stuttering form by being relegated to the Manchester United bench. <\/p>\n
After a brilliant 2022\/23 campaign which saw him score a career-best 30 goals, Rashford, like United in general, has struggled for his best form so far this term. With United down in ninth in the Premier League table and having lost both of their opening Champions League games, no player is safe from the chop. <\/p>\n
That seemingly includes Rashford, with The Sun reporting that the England forward will be dropped to the bench for today\u2019s home clash with Brentford. United desperately need a win against Thomas Frank\u2019s side to lift the air of gloom around Old Trafford. <\/p>\n

Erik ten Hag has addressed Rashford\u2019s patchy form in the run-up to the game, admitting the 25-year-old is \u201cstruggling\u201d. The Dutchman said: \u201cIt\u2019s normal you are not always right at the same levels.<\/p>\n
\u201cEveryone knows the qualities of him and if Rashy does the things right and the team does, it\u2019s up to him. We have seen in the last weeks he is coming in good positions, he is struggling, but it will pass.<\/p>\n
