We cannot forget all that happened there. It&#8217;s normal that we are very positive and grateful people,&#8217; he said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;When people are doing well at the club I have been at, we keep these links and always we are happy when the club do well.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/03\/13\/77364557-12707009-image-a-26_1699017026961.jpg\" height=\"423\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino sad he is &#8216;excited&#8217; for a &#8216;special&#8217; return to his former club<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/03\/13\/77366627-12707009-image-a-40_1699019838016.jpg\" height=\"423\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Pochettino believes Spurs are title contenders and he is &#8216;so happy&#8217; for Postecoglu&#8217;s start<\/p>\n<p>Your browser does not support iframes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Yes [I think they are title contenders] even though it is very early in the season. They have very\u00a0good players and a very good team.&#8217;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Asked what he made of Chelsea&#8217;s situation compared to Spurs and whether they were &#8216;underdogs&#8217; heading into Monday night, he replied: &#8216;We are in a different project\u00a0<span>and situation, we are building for the future. Maybe we struggle a little in the beginning.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Maybe we deserve more because of our performance but we are still so young. We are in a different situation. No doubt in the future Chelsea will be in the same situation they were.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>After being replaced by Jose Mourinho in 2019, Pochettino was never given the chance to say goodbye to the club.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Consequently, he said it will be &#8216;really special&#8217; to come back after four years and speak to the staff he knew, but he does not know whether he will be booed by fans.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;We will see on Monday night. But we\u00a0cannot forget we made amazing memories at Tottenham. [The booing] it is not\u00a0going to change my emotions about the club.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Pochettino also said he has &#8216;not only a professional relationship&#8217; with Levy who gave him the possibility to coach Spurs.
