Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp\u00a0hailed the ‘insane work-rate’ of Darwin Nunez after Sunday’s 3-0 victory over Brentford.<\/p>\n
The striker, who had two goals ruled out before setting up Mohamed Salah’s opener, produced an impressive display at Anfield<\/p>\n
Nunez has come under fire in recent weeks and was labelled wasteful after missing a sitter during Liverpool’s 1-1 draw at struggling Luton last weekend.<\/p>\n
But the\u00a0Uruguay international proved to be a constant menace against Brentford.<\/p>\n
He found the back of the net twice in the first half, but the strikes, which included a sensational overhead kick, were both ruled out for offside.<\/p>\n

But it was Nunez who was singled out for praise by Klopp.<\/p>\n
He said: “Outstanding! Outstanding! Everyone can see!\u00a0<\/p>\n
‘Look at him how he kept the ball for us, who would of though that last year? That he could do that for us!”\u00a0<\/p>\n
‘Standout was Darwin because Brentford wanted long balls so he started the pressing.<\/p>\n
