Declan Rice admits there was a period when he was a slave to his price tag. \u201cYou\u2019re a human being bought for \u00a3105m, it doesn\u2019t feel very normal,\u201d he said. \u201cWhen the transfer was going through I was very nervous because of the price tag.<\/p>\n

\u201cI actually love playing in these types of environments,\u201d he said. \u201cAs a footballer, you grow up watching the top teams back in the day play big nights in big stadiums. But I love playing away from home just in general, to be honest. \u201cHonestly, I just try to play my football. I don\u2019t let any of it all affect me in any way, shape or form. I just go to training, try to train as well as possible and, if I have a bad game, in two or three days I\u2019ve got another game to put it right.\u201d<\/p>\n
