the club as Sir Jim Ratcliffe &#8216;prefers a new figurehead for the department&#8217;&#8230; after the Red Devils confirmed CEO Richard Arnold&#8217;s departure last week<\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Man United CEO Richard Arnold confirmed his exit from the club last week\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Football director John Murtough is also reportedly &#8216;definitely leaving&#8217;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Chris Sutton is stunned by Ian Ladyman&#8217;s England Euro XI: It&#8217;s All Kicking Off<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Manchester United football director John Murtough will be replaced once Sir Jim Ratcliffe&#8217;s investment is given the green light, according to reports.<\/p>\n<p>Ratcliffe&#8217;s Ineos Group are expected to take a 25 per cent stake in the club imminently, and want to make big changes behind the scenes straight away.<\/p>\n<p>It was announced last week that CEO Richard Arnold will be stepping down from his role after 16 years at the club, and reports suggested Murtough could also follow him out the door.<\/p>\n<p>The <span>Manchester Evening News<\/span> are now reporting that a well-placed source has told them Murtough is &#8216;definitely going&#8217;
