The punishments must be HARSH &#8211; It&#8217;s All Kicking Off\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Jorginho&#8217;s contract talks with Arsenal are &#8216;at a standstill&#8217;, according to the midfielder&#8217;s agent.<\/p>\n<p>The 31-year-old&#8217;s deal with the north London club currently runs until 2024 after he signed an 18-month deal from Chelsea last January.<\/p>\n<p>However, his agent Joao Santos confirmed that &#8216;everything is at a standstill,&#8217; adding:\u00a0&#8216;We&#8217;ll think about it after February.
