A former Man United and Chelsea player has celebrated winning the J1 title with Japanese side\u00a0Vissel Kobe.<\/p>\n
The 35-year-old left Galatasaray at the end of the 2020-21 season to join his new club after he lifted the Turkish Super Lig title back in May.<\/span><\/p>\n With an already glittering career filled with trophies, the J1 title is another to add to his name.<\/span><\/p>\n However, it turns out that Juan Mata has only made one substitute appearance for the title-winning side.<\/span><\/p>\n The Spaniard arrived in September and has so far only managed to play ten minutes this season.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Vissel Kobe players celebrate after winning their first ever J-League first division title\u00a0<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Juan Mata joined in on the celebrations after his summer move from Turkish side Galatasaray<\/p>\n Your browser does not support iframes.<\/p>\n Kobe managed to win the title with one game to spare following a 2-1 win over Nagoya.<\/span><\/p>\n Mata, who was been given the No 64 shirt since his arrival, was an unused susbsitute.<\/p>\n His one and only appearance came in a\u00a02-0 defeat against Sanfrecce Hiroshima in September.<\/p>\n Despite his lack of playing time, Mata did not appear to be bothered as he got involved in the celebrations.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n Following the final whistle, Mata was seen running on the pitching and jumping up and down in joy.<\/p>\n It’s All Kicking Off is an exciting new podcast from Mail Sport that promises a different take on Premier League football.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n It is available on MailOnline, Mail+, YouTube, Apple Music and Spotify.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Your browser does not support iframes.<\/p>\nIT’S ALL KICKING OFF!\u00a0<\/h3>\n
