<\/p>\nGianluigi Donnarumma was sent off for a flying \u201ckung-fu kick\u201d just ten minutes into Paris Saint-Germain\u2019s Ligue 1 fixture against Le Havre.<\/p>\n
The goalkeeper, 24, was caught in two minds on the edge of his box as a long ball was played over the top. He waited too long and was beaten to the bounce of the ball by Josue Casimir.<\/p>\n
But having misjudged the bounce, the Italian wildly swung his boot at it and caught the Le Havre attacker at head height. The referee responded by immediately showing him a straight red card, leaving PSG to play the remainder of the game with a man down.<\/p>\n

He followed up his moment of madness by complaining to the referee while captain Kylian Mbappe encouraged him to leave the field of play. And fans took to social media to slam the goalkeeper\u2019s shocking attempt to play the ball.<\/p>\n
One X user wrote: \u201cDonnarumma clearly bored of football and wants to enter 2024 Royal Rumble,\u201d while another tweeted: \u201cDonnarumma thinks he\u2019s a UFC fighter with that kick.\u201d<\/p>\n
A third added: \u201cHe has been watching Kung Fu Panda,\u201d while a fourth pointed out: \u201cI love how he tries to dispute it as if he wasn\u2019t at fault.\u201d<\/p>\n
