Only the captain should approach referees &#8211; Listen to It&#8217;s All Kicking Off\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nottingham Forest have banished club captain Joe Worrall and Scott McKenna from first-team training, Mail Sport understands.<\/p>\n<p>Both players have been told to train on different pitches from the rest of first team.<\/p>\n<p>They have also been instructed to report for training at an alternative time to their senior colleagues.<\/p>\n<p>There has been no official explanation as to why the pair have been told to train away from their team-mates but sources have indicated that their removal is not related to any behavioural issues or rows.
