Casper Ruud has tipped Emma Raducanu to win another Grand Slam title in a bold prediction. The Brit has been sidelined since undergoing three surgeries in May and is now preparing to make a comeback in Auckland in January.<\/p>\n
Ahead of her return, the ATP world No 11 threw his support behind Raducanu when discussing his top storylines for the start of 2024.<\/p>\n
Three-time Grand Slam finalist Ruud said: \u201cOn the women\u2019s side, is Emma fit again? Is she going to play Australia? She\u2019s a potential to probably win another Slam I think, for sure. If she\u2019s doing a good pre-season.\u201d<\/p>\n
The former world No 2 had been impressed with Raducanu\u2019s game style after watching her win the 2021 US Open as a qualifier. He continued: \u201c[It\u2019s] explosive. And I think also if you see her moving around on the court she\u2019s really good. When we watched her win the US Open, that was something that stood out.<\/p>\n
