‘I signed for Jimmy Bullard’s team – he grabbed my c**k and said ‘that’s heavy”

Aaron McLean opened up about his first day at Hull City – where Jimmy Bullard grabbed his manhood.

In 2011, McLean swapped Peterborough for Hull, making his debut on New Years' Day against Leicester City as a first-half substitute. However, McLean might still have been thinking about his first training session with the squad – where he had quite the introduction.

Speaking on the Undr the Cosh podcast, McLean joked he knew that Bullard was a joker, but he didn't expect what he was met with on Humberside. He said: "I remember seeing Jimmy Bullard, seeing all the lads warming up, and he's just running around jumping on the goalkeepers back.

"I tried laughing it off or whatever, but that was my first introduction to that crazy squad…"

McLean then joked he knew who Bullard was before moving to Humberside, having watched him on TV, but he didn't expect him to be that level of a joker. He continued: "It's like, what do I do?
