Fans teased Ian Wright over his ‘Michelin Man’ coat he wore during the FA Cup coverage of Eastleigh vs Reading.
The Arsenal legend certainly came dressed for the freezing temperatures as he took no chances and wore the biggest coat he could find, along with a matching woolly hat and gloves.
However, Wright’s often bold fashion statements didn’t hit the back of the net this time, as fans were quick to poke fun at his khaki coat.
One comment on Twitter read: “Ian Wright borrowing the Michelin Man’s winter coat for the live FA Cup game today.”
A second quipped: “I don't think Ian Wright's coat is big enough…” A third added: “Ian Wright's coat looks toasty…” While a fourth joked: “Incredible coat from Ian Wright. Who’s he hiding in there?!”
